Positioned on Brisbane’s CBD riverfront, Stanley is a two-storey Cantonese restaurant inspired by the moody waterfront of Hong Kong’s picturesque Stanley Bay. Featuring glamorous dining areas, private dining rooms, dedicated Peking duck and dim sum kitchens, Stanley caters to every corporate event and social occasion. Stanley’s interiors have preserved the wonder of its maritime heritage while paying homage to traditional Chinese design. Enjoy wasabi inspired cocktails as you dine whilst the sun sets below the city skyline, or escape into our private rooms for an intimate culinary experience.

Stanley is the perfect location for your next corporate event. Stanley Upstairs can cater exclusive use for up to 50 guests for a dining experience sure to impress. For a more intimate affair, the Private Dining Room for 10 guests can cater for both business meetings and dining.
For larger corporate events there is the opportunity to use the entire Stanley restaurant across three areas – catering up to 250 guests, a feast sure to make an impression for your valued clients.

Treat your guests to an ambient affair; luxurious heavy velvet curtains and venetians drape over heritage window frames in this premium destination with leather chairs and velvet-backed banquet tables. Interchangeable furniture captures a level of elevated comfort as the rooms transform from day to night. Stanley’s bespoke light fittings add a touch of elegance whilst the isolated sound system and private bar transform the room for all of your needs.

ROOM PACKAGES
Hidden upstairs with exclusive lift access and boasting full privacy for up to 10 guests, Stanley’s Private Dining Room features a custom-built walnut timber oval banquet table. Traditional Cantonese lanterns, handpainted murals and intricate wall panelling evoke luxurious ambience. Privately serviced and air-conditioned with a dedicated bathroom, the Private Dining Room can transform from drawn velvet curtains providing an added touch of privacy to working lunches in the natural daylight.

SIDE DECK
Tucked away from the bustle of the restaurant, Stanley’s “Side Deck” features a unique perspective of the Brisbane River with unbeatable views spanning from the city skyline to the iconic Story Bridge. Full flexibility is possible through this open plan location, with misting fans, retractable awnings and interchangeable furniture to provide comfort and diversity year-round.

Stanley’s philosophy is centred around great food, friends, fishermen and farmers. Inspired by Head Chef, Louis Tikaram’s travels across the globe and grounded by his local roots, Stanley’s menu showcases some of the best seafood, meat, vegetables and fruit in the world. Stanley’s ethos combines the best produce, mostly sourced locally, supporting our Australian industry with traditional Cantonese flavours. Tikaram’s fresh perspective and mindset of venturing outside the box adds to the unique experience of Stanley.
